Only needs to be bolted up and the wires plugged in to your bikes wiring harness as all the wires are intact. This fuel guage meter fits Honda vt1100 came off a no road rash. Overall condition appears that bike was never left out in the weather due to lack of corrosion rust. See photos video works great and the indicator bulb lights up.
