Comes with chrome cover. Great condition used tachometer from a 1986 Shadow Vt500c. It is missing the 2 small screws that hold cover on.

I would give it a b as has little bubbling in the chrome cover no rips or flakes and black rim paint fade. No fade in the gauge face itself. Works as it should.
